Illinois Property Tax Lien Forum

I live in Arizona and just started learning about becoming a tax lien/deed investor.  I got clued in from one of those big motivational seminars (12/2009) where the fee would have been $2000 to learn everything about tax lien investing.  Well, I’m going to try and educate myself as best as I can.

I came across this forum and glad to see it is still active.  I have a lot of questions about the subject and will be formulating them and coming back!  Thanks for reading and I’m looking forward to sharing ideas here!

We look forward to your questions.  The problem with those seminars is that they don’t really teach you everything.  They will teach you the basic ideas of investing in tax liens, but they won’t teach you the step by step details you’ll need to know to be successful.
