I’m an Arizona tax lien investor (NEWBIE) this is a property listed in Coconino County, AZ. It was recently bought (9/09) for $7,500. The tax lien is $190. Would this lien be worth purchasing? It’s 1.2 acres, just raw land with the dirt streets carved out. About 50 miles from the Grand Canyon. I’d appreciate any and all comments ... thanks! and GOOD INVESTING!!!
