I guess putting up a pick is not acceptable. I was just hoping to get a discussion going on how to go about selecting properties. How would you like to proceed in this discussion. In Arizona the tax auction is in February .. I’d love to get some incite into how to research the properties. What about about raw land??? .. We got tons of it down here! I got a mess of foreign investors owing taxes on properties 50 miles south of the Grand Canyon. I’ve heard that most of this raw land has no access to water.
