Over The Counter Tax Certificates
Did you know that there are only a few counties that you can purchase Over the Counter Tax Certificates?
During the tax sale in most counties in Illinois any certificate not purchased is defaulted to the County As Trustee. The county then holds this certificate and completes all necessary procedures to ensure redemption or acquire a tax deed. Joseph E.
